  • (1888PressRelease) January 16, 2015 - Responsible for EdTrIn's acquisition of learning content within the UK and Europe for distribution worldwide via its online learning technology platform, Jim - a former Development Director at Aston Business School, Aston University - is also Director of Global Innovation Solutions Education Relations.

    At Aston Business School, Jim broadened the customised portfolio of client programmes and expanded the client base to cover, among other organisations, national and local governments, the National Health Service, financial services, engineering, mobile communications and IT support organisations. Prior to joining Aston Business School, Jim had progressed through sales, product management, marketing and general management in a number of market sectors embracing fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), lighting, electronics, IT and financial services.

    Before taking up his role in the education sector, Jim worked in a European-centric, not-for-profit organisation promoting the development of e-business throughout the IT industry. This remit was expanded to develop relationships with the European Commission, UNECE and national governments in Europe including transition economies.
