There are three types of houseboats available for rental at Jamestown Marina: The First Lady, The Presidential, and The Deluxe. The First Lady is 80’ x 17’ with Galley, six staterooms accommodating twelve guests, two full baths, hot tub, wet bar, and curly tube slide on the top deck. Weekend rental price for the Spring or Fall is: $2,495, weekend value price is $2,795, and summer weekend price is: $3,795. The Presidential is 77’ x 16’ with Galley, two full baths, and six staterooms accommodating twelve guests. Prices range from $1,795 to $2,995 for a weekend, $1,695 to $2,895 for midweek, and $3,395 to 5,495 for weeklong rental. The Deluxe is a 60’ x 14’ houseboat with two staterooms accommodating eight guests, one full bath and a waterslide from the top deck. A Spring or Fall weekend costs $795, a value weekend is $895, and a weekend in the summer is about $1,195. Midweek in the Spring or Fall is $795, midweek value price is $895, and midweek in the summer costs $1,095. A weeklong rental in the Spring/Fall is $1,495, a value week is $1,595, and a summer week is $1,995.
Weekend rentals are Friday to Monday, midweek rentals last from Monday to Friday, and weeklong rentals are Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday. Single and double-decker pontoons are also available to rent. Pontoons are aluminum and twenty-four feet long. Deck chairs and U.S. Coast Guard approved safety gear are provided. Another key feature for anyone looking to rent is a fully remodeled café, providing packaged lunches and treats for boaters.
