I hope that The Adirondack Cookbook helps to expand your food knowledge and doesn’t expand your waist. I believe that no matter what your cooking skill, you find this book a rewarding read. This book provides a wide variety of lip smacking mouth watering recipes. I have collected many recipes from the people and restaurants in the Adirondack Mountain in upstate New York.

The recipes will range from classics like Irish Soda Bread to Virginia’s Mocha Cheesecake. The sections in the book will detail recipes for homemade breads, pies, soups, barbeque items, home made pizza, and much more. This book is not designed for the calorie or health conscious. There will be no calorie counts or fat content listed anywhere. This book will be filled with good tasting foods. As an added bonus a few individual mixed drinks are also included.
