October 15, 2007 - But why is a recording studio concerned with the Jacksonville Jaguars? As big Jaguar fans, the staff at E.R.R.U.P.T. wanted to give the team an anthem they can call their own, made by Jacksonville based artists instead of relying on the music of Atlanta and/or Houston based artists. According to E.R.R.U.P.T’s co-owner Brian Arnold, “Those guys on defense feed off the energy from the music and cheers of the fans. Since football takes place on the battlefield, this song will be OUR rallying cry”.
“JackTown Jaguars” is available for download at www.myspace.com/JacktownJags and on CD in area locations starting October 12th. The release of the song will coincide with a contest sponsored by E.R.R.U.P.T. Studios where contestants submit their best “Movin that Chain” video with the “Jacktown Jaguars” song in the background to www.youtube.com/group/jacktownjags904 for a chance to win an autographed jersey.
