Jackie Chan And Yao Ming-Official Promotion Ambassadors Of World Expo Shanghai 2010

World Expo Shanghai 2010, one of the most awaited events of the next year has now appointed Jackie Chan and Yao Ming as their official brand ambassadors.


(1888PressRelease) May 21, 2009 - World Expo Shanghai 2010 is not leaving any stone upturned for its promotion. For its official promotion ambassadors it has signed up Jackie Chan, the Hong Kong movie star who is also a known face worldwide and NBA star Yao Ming. The announcement came on April 30, 2009 and both the stars are quite pleased with their new responsibility and are willing to make World Expo Shanghai 2010 a success.

Jackie Chan was quoted saying that he will do everything to promote the event through out the world. "I will spare no efforts to pay close attention to the Expo and help promote it throughout the world. Like every Chinese citizen, I am looking forward to the event," he said. Yao Ming conveyed similar thoughts.

Besides them, the organizers of World Expo Shanghai 2010 have also appointed Chinese pianist Lang Lang, Japanese Table Tennis star Ai Fukuhara, Japanese image designer Junko Koshino & British singer Sarah Brightman. The World Expo Shanghai 2010 is the most awaited event of next year and will take place from May 1 to October 31, 2010 which is also the Halloween day near the Nanpu-Lupu Bridge over the River Huangpo.
