June 13, 2008 - ITT Licensing™, a South Florida-based leader in product licensing for over a decade, has sent one of its West Coast-based industry partners a package of 16 tool-related inventions in order to comply with a recent request made of him for such items by a Nevada-based hardware products company.
The company specified that it was seeking all types of tools, ranging from the automotive to those used for specific trades. Accordingly, the ITT Licensing™ representative managing the Innovation Direct™ account of ITT's West Coast-based industry partner formulated a package of information on an eclectic group of items in those categories.
Because of a permanent signed non-disclosure agreement already on file that is signed by the aforementioned industry partner, ITT Licensing™ is able to directly send him access to all of the detailed design information available on each invention from the onset. ITT Licensing™ expects to receive prompt feedback from him once he reviews the invention websites he was given access to.
If any of the product ideas are the subject of eventual product licensing negotiations, ITT Licensing™ will attempt to successfully negotiate a product licensing agreement for the inventors of those concepts.
