June 13, 2008 - ITT Licensing™, a South Florida-based leader in product licensing for over a decade, has sent a new 10 invention Innovation Direct™ package to a Missouri-based manufacturer that specializes in lawn and garden products.
The company, which ITT Licensing™ representatives first met at the Hardware and Construction Products Expo in San Juan, Puerto Rico in February 2007, has been a part of ITT Licensing™'s dynamic new product idea information service for manufacturers, Innovation Direct™, since shortly after that event. They have reviewed over 50 ITT Licensing™ inventor product ideas during that span of time.
This company signed a permanent non-disclosure agreement with ITT Licensing™ at the initiation of their Innovation Direct™ membership, meaning that they receive access to the detailed design information on each invention sent to them right from the onset.
If any of the items in the Innovation Direct™ package prove to be of sufficient interest to the company to warrant licensing discussions, ITT Licensing™ will attempt to successfully negotiate a licensing agreement for those inventions.
