July 01, 2008 - ITT Licensing™, a South Florida-based leader in product licensing for over a decade, has sent a package of preliminary, non-confidential information on 12 product ideas from its roster to a Massachusetts-based hardware products manufacturer. The company is a part of ITT Licensing™'s Innovation Direct™ program, a dynamic new product idea information subscription service for manufacturers, marketers, and distributors.
The manufacturer, which has been in business for over 128 years, initially joined Innovation Direct™ in March and had reviewed information on a separate group of 15 product ideas from the ITT Licensing™ roster shortly thereafter. With none of those inventions being of further interest to the company, they had requested that a new group be sent whenever possible.
This latest package sent consists of inventions in the hardware, tool, and construction products categories. ITT Licensing™ now awaits the company contact's feedback on the material sent. Should any of the 12 inventions in the group be of further interest to the manufacturer, ITT Licensing™ will prepare a non-disclosure agreement that encompasses those items so that detailed design information can eventually be shared.
