January 26, 2008 - i-Tech has unveiled its All Weather / Outdoor Full-sun Environment Sunlight Readable LCD Monitors, with full daylight-readable displays. It allows you to view and operate your system under all weather conditions and full- sun environment. These LCD monitors come with a technology that is able to increase LCD brightness up 1300 nits which can be used in many outdoors applications affected by sunlight, or other high intense lighting.
Its key features include contrast ratios of 3000:1 which help in withstanding sunlight conditions and still produce sharp images. These Sunlight Readable LCD Monitors are available in various configurations including open frame, chassis mount, Panel Mount and TV Stands. The LCD is protected by rugged enclosures to protect from water, rain, dust, humidity and corrosion.
Other technical specifications offered are operation temperature between –20 to +55c, 1366 x 768 resolution, VGA / AY / DVI / TV graphic card and a viewing angle with level - 170 and uprightness - 170 0. i-Tech boasts of producing the largest and brightest SunLight Readable LCD Monitor in sizes ranging from 32” to 47”.
