August 06, 2009 - Basing his practice in IRS & Partner’s growing Hong Kong office, Richard Chea will spearhead the expansion of the firm's globally recognized TP practice in the market.
Richard Chea focuses his practice on complex patent, trademark and antitrust litigation for a wide range of technologies in the medical device, chemical, mechanical and industrial applications arenas. He has extensive experience with bench and jury trials in the federal courts, representing a number of household-name companies.
