So what’s the Process involved in training employees?
One PC or laptop is used to deliver the Nvolve course via a data projector to a group of trainees. Each trainee has a wireless training handset that allows them to answer questions posed during or after the training session.
In addition to collecting assessment data from the training group the trainer can monitor the group’s understanding of the training material as they progress throughout the course. At the end of the training session, assessment data is uploaded to the Nvolve Management System.
