  • (1888PressRelease) March 15, 2011 - Jeffrey Reisner, a partner in the Newport Beach office of Irell & Manella, will be inducted as a fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy on March 18. Forty inductees from the U.S. and abroad are being honored and recognized for their professional excellence and exceptional contributions in the fields of bankruptcy and insolvency. Reisner is one of only five fellows selected from the Ninth Circuit.

    Reisner is the head of Irell's Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Creditors' Rights practice group, representing companies and high net-worth individuals in connection with the reorganization of their financial affairs, and as creditors of others in financial distress. Reisner also represents creditors' committees, acquirers of assets, investors and creditors in bankruptcy cases and out of court restructurings throughout the U.S.

    Highly recognized by the legal industry and community, Reisner was recently appointed to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants' Bankruptcy Task Force and has been included in the 2010 and 2011 editions of The Best Lawyers in America.
