When iQue Repair owner, K.C. Kelly was asked about their decision to open another store only months after opening in Midvale, he responded, "We quickly learned that people were willing to travel from Utah County to have us do their repairs further North, and we decided to shorten their trip by bringing the service to their front door. So here we are, and we're excited to be here."

Utah County is one of the higher Utah population centers and includes a large student body from Brigham Young University (BYU) and University of Utah (UVU).
