With roots dating back to 1927, IOREBA is one of the nation's largest regional commercial real estate trade groups; its more than 300 members conduct business in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. IOREBA awards substantial cash scholarships annually to undergraduates studying real estate at universities and colleges in these states. In recent years, funds also have been granted for special needs to high schools.
The deadline for member nominations is May 6, 2011 at 12 p.m., and the awards will be presented at the organization's Golf & Tennis Outing on June 13, 2011 at the Essex County Country Club.
