August 11, 2007 - The three firms belonging to the Bhambra group M/s Bhambra tools group, M/s Bhambra international and M/s Bhambra overseas are playing an important role in field of glass processing and working machinery equipment and value added glass products in the Indian glass market. Set up by late Sardar Kartar Singh in 1982 M/s Bhambra machine tools has been engaged in the manufacturing of various kind of glass processing and working machinery-glass grinding, polishing, bevelling, holding, drilling, sand blasting, washing, cutting, tempering, laminating etc. for the last 25 years. The founder of M/s Bhambra machine tools, Sardar Kartar Singh (now late) carved out a special niche for himself in the domestic glass market in the field of glass processing and working machinery.
The Indian glass processors even today recall the high class working performance and durability of the glass machinery manufactured by him. Late Sardar Kartar Singh has four sons- Sardar Jaspal Singh, Sardar Balvinder Singh, Sardar Surinder Singh and Sardar Narender Singh. His two elder` sons Sardar Jaspar Singh and Sardar Balvinder Singh worked with him since 1984 in the manufacturing of glass machinery while his two other sons Sardar Surinder Singh and Sardar Narender Singh joined in 1992 and 1994 respectively.
All these four sons have carried the strong traditions laid down by Sardar Kartar Singh further and have contributed significantly to the growth of the ‘Bhambra Group’. Sardar jaspal singh is the managing partner of all the three companies while Sardar Balvinder Singh looks after the entire sales and marketing division. Sardar Surinder Singh heads the R&D department and looks aftrer customer service as well. Sardar Narinder Singh looks after the production process of machinery. Sardar jaspal singh is cordinating overall working of all the three companies. All the four brothers work in close cooperation and their joint efforts have enabled them to reap rich dividends.
