For this you have to log in your Adsense account and select the Adsense set up Tab. Then select video unit. It would take you on next step where just check the square box to accept terms and conditions. After clicking this box you would reach at YouTube page to log in with your user name and password. After confirmation you would reach at publisher setting page, where you could select player to running your ads. You select player according to your page size, design and layout to provide better look. After selecting player you could give some keywords relevant to your site content and niche in order to show relevant video ads or you could select any category and channel to show video ads relevant to your site niche.
After this give a look to your video and click on Generate code button and you would get a code, which you have embed on your site. This video units are quite user friendly and have many options to attract users.
