August 12, 2008 - Internationally Recognized Master Sand Sculptor, Lucinda Wierenga of “Sandy Feet,” will be part of Petoskey's Festival on the Bay August 15-17 in northern Michigan. Wierenga, who has been creating sand masterpieces since 1987, will create an incredible sand sculpture on the beach of Petoskey’s Bayfront Park, as part of Festival on the Bay.
“We are so pleased Lucinda will be back in Petoskey and part of the festival,” said Petoskey Chamber of Commerce Membership Director Lisa Hoyt. “She was part of the festival in 2006, but unable to be here last year because she was at a competition in Italy. I think people are going to be amazed at her creation.”
