January 29, 2008 - POUGHKEEPSIE, NY – Providers and buyers of outsourcing services can locate professionals with specialized talents to fill open positions through a new membership benefit offered by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP).
The IAOP has added a Career Opportunities section on its Web site that will allow its corporate and professional members to seek resumes for available positions in their organizations.
Due to the specialized nature of an outsourcing professional, job posting offers a critical service to those organizations needing expertise in focused areas, said Deborah Hamill, Senior Managing Director, Global Membership at IAOP.
“The IAOP Career Opportunities service is a direct result of our membership feedback that found job posting to be a top priority for outsourcing buyers and providers,” she said. “This is another example of IAOP supporting the needs of our membership. We look forward to adding additional services to our Career Opportunities service such as a resume database in the future.”
Corporate and professional members can submit any open position on IAOP’s Web site at www.outsourcingprofessional.org. All IAOP members can search and easily review posted positions and apply where interested.
“As we continue to build the future of outsourcing as a profession and as an industry, job posting brings the right professional to the right position in the shortest amount of time,” Hamill said.
