Independent new age recording artist Ken Myers announced the launch of his new official Web site, The Ken Myers Project. The site will be showcasing his latest CD release, "A Quiet Passion," which is an aural tapestry of exotic and highly relaxing soundscapes. The Ken Myers Project provides links to hear samples from the CD as well as links to independent artist Web sites dedicated to promoting unsigned talent.
About Ken Myers
Ken Myers has been recording electronic music since 1990 and is visible in many online midi music circles. His latest effort comes after a near fatal bout with cancer last October which, according to Myers, "was a life changing event." The 13 tracks on the CD were composed and recorded while he underwent radiation and chemotherapy treatments.He recommends the compilation of music as a way to reduce stress, and as an alternative to 'commercial music.' Mr. Myers is now cancer-free after nearly a year of treatments.
