  • Chicago, IL (1888PressRelease) March 14, 2014 - IndCor Properties has appointed Cushman & Wakefield as property manager for five recently acquired industrial assets in the greater Chicago market, totaling nearly 1.7 million square feet.

Cushman & Wakefield's Shannon Arseneau, portfolio manager, and Agata Krasowska, property manager, are heading the project. They work closely with Victoria Knudson, national lead for Cushman & Wakefield's Corporate Occupier and Investor Services (CIS) Industrial Property Management platform. All three are based in the commercial real estate services firm's Rosemont, Ill., office.

The latest assignments continue a long-term, growing relationship between IndCor and Cushman & Wakefield, which manages all of the company's Chicago, Southern California and Memphis industrial holdings.

"It always is gratifying to see a client relationship expand commensurate with its growth," Knudson said. "The fact that IndCor Properties is based right in our back yard speaks to our team's reputation and success in our home market. And our national platform and strong local presence in every key U.S. industrial market mean that we also are well positioned to serve as a one-stop provider on a national scale."

According to Knudson, her team's approach is more client-driven than discipline-driven. Through Cushman & Wakefield's multiple business lines, they offer full lifecycle services for industrial assets, from acquisition consulting, to project management, to leasing and, ultimately, disposition.
