April 01, 2008 - A 65 years young lady, with more than 200 ultra marathons behind her, sets up a SERIES OF 4 ULTRA TRAIL RUNS IN SOUTH CAROLINA as a way of giving back to the sport and inspiring others to follow in her steps.
The first ultra trail run of 50 Kilometers (about 31 Miles) starts at 8AM in Harbison Forest, Columbia on Sunday April 13th, 2008.
If you want to challenge yourself or volunteer to help the runners get to the finish line, email ultraterri at bellsouth.net by April 7th, 2008.
One very unusual thing about this series of ultra marathons: THERE IS NO ENTRY FEE!
