But the question is, how are we doing it when almost everyone else is laying off or worse closing their business.
Here are our Secrets of Success not necessarily in any order:
1. We do a free honest in-depth evaluation of a homeowner's house and the potential project they want done.
2. We Listen and take notes of homeowner's ideas and desires and even encourage them to tell us what they need and want from the beginning throughout the entire process.
3. We spend a lot of time planning and designing the upcoming project with the homeowner before we ever start so we have exactly what they want and there are no misunderstandings or confusions when we actually start the project.
4. We make friends out of all our, very happy, clients - that's part of our company policy - and therefore they help us by referring new potential clients to us. It's the ultimate "word of mouth" but with a twist, we have worked hard to earn their trust so the personal referrals they give us are done with enthusiasm and honesty.
5. We do custom work but always work within the homeowner's known budget, which is spelled out, written and agreed upon by both sides before we ever start. We never go over budget unless requested to by the homeowner.
6. We hand pick, literally, the finest materials for the project and as it is being done keep in good communication with our new friend/customer on all aspects of the project.
7. And last but not least, we always keep the construction schedule we've laid out for the client so that we inconvenience them the least and give them their new home back as soon as possible.
