April 18, 2006 - Santa Monica, CA - April 17, 2006 - Yesterday, Daniel Imperato, of the Imperiali Organization (www.imperiali.org) attended a private meeting regarding finance in Santa Monica.
Attending that meeting was a representative of the Pacific Coast Capital Group, a private investment banking firm providing merger & acquisition services and related private equity capital resources to small and mid-sized businesses.
Imperato has stated that an offer has been made to the Imperiali Organization for a $50 million credit facility to collaborate with the 15-C-2-11 registration statement for Imperiali Inc.
Private CPA (Certified Public Accountant) Cindy Conard of Palm Beach Gardens, and the law firm, Legal and Compliance, headed up by Laura Anthony have been preparing the registration statement.
The filings should proceed in the coming days in accordance with the completion of audited statements.
While the $50 million dollar credit facility could enhance Imperiali’s success, terms and conditions have not been finalized yet.
Imperiali Inc. and Pacific Coast Capital are completing due diligence with best efforts to come to a formal agreement to proceed forward. The $50 million facility would provide an access to additional capital for the business expansion plans pertaining to Imperiali’s Organization.
