September 16, 2006 - IMAGES OF THE PACIFIC RIM
The 88 digital images exhibited are part of a collection of images captured by Christian expatriates working in restricted access countries in the Pacific Rim. These countries include Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Korea and Japan.
The goal of the artists is that you engage emotionally with the people in the images because they represent some of the least reached people groups in Asia. Of the 900 million people living in the region, the average percentage of evangelicals is less that three percent!
God is preparing the hearts of these people to hear the Gospel – who will go?
