IL Funding consists of 4 companies: The IL Bridge Fund, IL Forum, IL Fund, Private Investor/Lender Club. Our goal is to locate,
evaluate and assist in funding new and
emerging companies and also provide additional mentoring to those companies as
necessary. Our fund consists of investments from accredited private investors seeking a
higher rate of return on their investments.
In a recent financial transaction, NPILF (National Private Investor Lender Forum) has provided funding to the A LIST LOUNGE in Dayton, Ohio. This was a co-investment transaction with another co-investor/lender which will provide necessary funds for the new owners to revitalize an existing business as a destination Sports and Entertainment Venue to add to the city's nightlife.
NPILF is co-funding a chemical company product that provides rust-proof protection for paint and fabrics. Operating in the SouthWestern United States through a network of dealers the company is in merger and acquisition talks and wishes to remain un-named. NPILF will also assist in establishing a "Captive Finance Company." NPILF's expertise and mentoring will prove invaluable in this endeavor.
NPILF is embarking on a new PR and Viral Marketing Campaign that will reach out to companies who need funding, to accredited private investors and lenders and to other professional groups.
NPILF offers added value to the clients seeking funding in two ways: through educational material that introduces businesses to what an investor considers before considering a funding transaction, plus a new free business submission program that will be offered to our clients in the near future.
Financial news - NPILF (National Private Investor Lender Forum) provides funding provided for MMS Real Estate Company, to the amount of 150,000.
Expectations are that up to a $1M will be funded on various real estate transactions in the near future.
NPILF co-funds $300,000 (25%) of funding request from Riverstar Sports and Entertainment to expand sports facilities and create new venues for concerts and other events. NPILF co-funded the investment with participation from another lender amounting to over a $1M investment.
