October 23, 2008 - Members of the Conciliatory Commission, that includes chairmen of primary trade-union organisations and heads of organisational divisions of the executive device of the Company's subsidiaries, took part in the meeting. Heads of departments of power supply systems of the company's footprint were also invited.
The basis for development of the collective agreement of IDGC of Centre, JSC for the forthcoming three years is Industrial tariff agreement in electric power industry of the Russian Federation for 2009―2011.
The first collective agreement of IDGC of Centre, JSC as a Uniform Operating Company was signed on 20 June, 2008. It became the basis of standards of the Company's social policy.
Opening the meeting of the conciliatory commission, Deputy General Director for Personnel Management and Organisational Development of IDGC of Centre, JSC Dmitry Alyoshin underlined that the discussion of the collective agreement project is an important event in the company's life directed at strengthening of social guarantees. The collective agreement provides observance of the rights of people who work in the company.
