Coaching is the fastest-growing industry in the United States. Quoted in a Workforce Management online article, American Management Association President and CEO Ed Reilly observed, "At forward-thinking companies, HR executives who are involved in influencing human capital management development are the ones recommending that executives or rising stars work with a business coach."
In addition, an American Management Association study found that "sending potential coaches to external development programs was more strongly correlated with overall coaching success than more internally focused methods." Houston professionals seeking initial certification or continuing education will benefit from this accelerated program that Training Director Cathy Liska says is "exceptional in content and quality of the training delivery."
Recent participants in the program agree:
• "Cathy is a phenomenal coach trainer; I know dozens of life and executive coaches who have been trained by Cathy, and they are all enjoying increased business and professional success as a direct result! I've gone through the training myself and can HIGHLY recommend it!" - Shari Stauch
• "Cathy blends a uniquely personal approach with a deep coaching expertise and a sincere commitment to the growth and development of her clients, customers and students. I am pleased to give her my full endorsement." - David Warne
