Cook has earned her certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute.
The certification process includes passing a comprehensive exam, as well as the mastery of both theoretical
knowledge and practical field experience. With more than 10 years of HR experience, Cook serves as the director of
human resources for the accounting firm with more than 80 employees.
