November 23, 2006 - Hotellinx expands its hotel & restaurant concept to include web table reservations
Hotellinx Suite’s brand new web table reservations module further strengthens Hotellinx’s position as an all-in-one solution for hotel & restaurant chains as well as individual hotels with one or more restaurants. Hotellinx Suite can now offer front office and all other hotel management functions, POS, web room reservations and web table reservations in one.
Whether there is one hotel with a small restaurant or a large chain with many hotels and restaurants does not matter to Hotellinx Suite, the result is in each case an efficient working environment where all units have access to each other. Hotellinx’s centralized hotel & restaurant concept also minimizes the need to maintain and integrate several systems, move reservations between systems or manually collect data for reporting from different units.
Hotellinx Systems Ltd has during the last years focused its development on hotel groups and chains. On the restaurant side, Hotellinx has already for a long time been used for table reservations, and recently its own POS has also been developed into a system that covers more than the basics, for example has stock control been added. The now added web table reservations is the natural next step to complement the Hotellinx restaurant functions.
Hotellinx Suite web table reservations is based on the same successful concept as Hotellinx.Net room reservations; availability and rates are only maintained in one place and not even automatically moved anywhere and reservations are added directly to the hotel & restaurant database without any manual interference. Email and sms confirmations are sent automatically and immediately.
Hotellinx web table reservations works on the restaurant’s or chain’s own web site and can be parameterized in different ways, for example with pre-set times for when each restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. Hotellinx web table reservations will have the look and feel of the organisation’s own existing web site, because it is opened within a selected web page and colours and fonts can be adjusted.
