December 21, 2007 - Los Angeles, CA — MLC PR officially announced today that indie pop rock band 2nd Day Crush, has signed on for their services. The buzzworthy LA-based band has recently released their debut album, “From the Nights You Lost Your Voice.” The fusion of these five undeniable talents makes up the band: Christopher Drizen (vocals, guitar), Rami Jrade (guitar), George Lind (drums/percussion), Rick Barrio Dill (bass, vocals) and Jeremy Weinberg (guitar, vocals).
2nd Day Crush is quickly becoming a household name among indie pop rock fans. A polished, yet modern look and songs that are instantly addictive lead to their fan base growing steadily by the day. With the combination of five eclectic music backgrounds, the band has created a sound influenced by key players in the music industry such as: Prince, The Killers and Maroon 5.
“I was a fan of 2nd Day Crush as soon as I heard a few seconds of their track ‘Victim.’ They all look hot and most importantly, have a unique sound as Chris Drizen’s voice is suggestive of a modern day David Bowie while the gifted band members blissfully blend a modern day style like The Killers. On December 11, 2007 2nd Day Crush released their new album at The Key Club in Hollywood, CA. “From the Nights You Lost Your Voice” is being described as a complete pop rock package, with a sound that the music industry is starving for – catchy pop vocals laced with powerful guitar licks and rolling rhythms. 2nd Day Crush plans to conquer the road quickly-- international tours are to begin in early 2008.
