April 28, 2009 - Following the recent earthquake in the Abruzzo, soloSicily (www.soloSicily.com, tel. 0044 (0)20 7193 0158) has announced that 5% of the cost of villa bookings made before the end of November 2009 at selected properties* will be donated to support the emergency response efforts in the area.
Participating properties include Renée, a 3-bedroom villa with sea views and close to the Zingaro Nature Reserve in western Sicily, where one week in June costs €2200 (sleeps 6); and Il Gattopardo, a 19th century manor house in the Taormina countryside, where one week in June costs €4900.
Save up to €1000 on peak season holiday
soloSicily has also recently announced discounts of up to €1000 on many of its properties. Casa d’Eraclea is a stunning property to the south west of the island, just a 10-minute walk to the beach and with an infinity pool that overlooks the sea. One week in August has been reduced by €1000 to €3900 (sleeps 6).
