October 15, 2009 - Neida Joseph-Abel, owner of and jewelry designer for HipFusion Designs, was selected to include her personalized metal clay tag jewelry in this year’s Ra Ra for the Ta Tas Gift Bag Event produced and distributed by Style Café Moms, specifically to support breast cancer awareness. Always trying to conceive off-beat and non-traditional jewelry, she created a personalized tag bracelet which included the fun and supportive “Ra Ra for the Ta Tas” tag line in it’s design.
25 of these bracelets were handcrafted and delivered to 20 celebrity women and the Susan G. Komen Foundation as well. Julia Roberts, Nicole Kidman and Christina Applegate are among the group that recently received their very own HipFusion Designs Ra Ra for the Ta Tas bracelet.
One of Neida’s most popular jewelry lines is her personalized collection. By manually cutting and stamping letters or numbers onto metal clay that fuses into fine silver or bronze, tags with phrases on them can be custom made for cause-related jewelry. “With these tags I design simple, yet edgy necklaces and bracelets incorporating these inspirational phrases. Hopefully, with the exposure of a celebrity wearing one of my personalized Ra Ra for the Ta Tas bracelet, I can help spread the word and increase awareness about breast cancer and most importantly working towards a cure,” said Neida. “And this bracelet, specifically created to support a cause, is the first “hip design” of many to follow.”
