Crisafulli succeeds Gerard R. Goulet, one of New England's pre-eminent health care attorneys, who has been managing partner since 2008. Goulet will continue his health law practice with the firm.

"Gerry has helped the firm weather a difficult economic time and has contributed to the successful growth of Hinckley Allen over the last 3 years, including the firm's expansion into Connecticut," said Crisafulli.

Crisafulli, in his new capacity as managing partner, will have principal responsibility for the strategic direction, management and administration of the firm. He has served as chair of the firm's corporate and business law practice since 2008 and helped Hinckley Allen's corporate practice grow significantly in both Hartford and Boston.

Crisafulli joined Hinckley Allen in 2006, previously having served as Senior Vice President of GTECH Corporation's Gaming Solutions division, where he was responsible for overseeing the growth and development of GTECH's gaming business worldwide. "The business of the law is undergoing fundamental and far-reaching changes. Hinckley Allen is very fortunate to have such a talented and business-savvy lawyer take the reins at this time of transition," said Goulet.
