The first, ladies’ only bridal retreat, Fit to Be Wed, will be held Thursday, Feb. 26 through Saturday, Feb. 28, 2009.
Fit to Be Wed will feature exciting fitness activities like the 5K Garter Run and Bridal Boot Camp, as well as nutritional cooking demonstrations and classes such as Cooking for Two and Meal Planning Made Easy. This weekend will also include stress management sessions and of course some well-deserved pampering.
According to Director of Program Development, Jessica Lynn, “Amidst all the reality TV bridal weight loss shows, we had the idea to develop a sound program that takes a realistic approach to weight loss and healthy living.
