December 24, 2008 - Hilary Meredith has won the "Businesswomen of the Year - Professional Services" award at the inaugural Crains Manchester Business Businesswomen of the Year Awards.
The accolade is the fourth award Hilary, senior partner of Hilary Meredith Solicitors, has collected this year.
Last month Hilary was named as the UK's leading personal injury (claimant) solicitor at the Personal Injury Awards 2008.
Earlier in the year, Hilary was recognised for her outstanding contribution within the personal injury field when she joined only ten other practitioners in the country to have gained "senior fellow" status within the Association of Personal Injury Lawyer's national accreditation scheme. The panel particularly recommended Hilary for her work for military personnel and their relatives.
In a separate accolade, Hilary was also named as one of the North West's most inspiring women at the North West's Most Inspiring Women Awards in June.
