June 18, 2009 - Highland Homes has recently opened the new club house and pool in Ayersworth Glen. Ayersworth Glen is located just south of Riverview in Wimauma, Florida on Hwy. 301.
The much anticipated clubhouse opening has home owners happy and is also expected to increase sales this year. Ayersworth Glen has been noted as one of the top selling communities in South Hillsborough County since it opened in 2007 and the completion of the clubhouse will help this community stay at the top.
The entire amenities plan is located on a 5 acre parcel that when completed will have two pools, a clubhouse, fitness facility, gathering room, two separate picnic shelters, a sports field, sports court, tot lot and bike trails.
