April 02, 2009 - The RayChel Realty Group announced today that they will be offering a new home buying class as part of their Home Buying Tuesday Home Buyer Seminar Series: Condo, Townhouse or Single Family Home – What’s Right for You?
“There are significant differences in purchasing condos or townhomes vs. single family homes that many buyers are not aware of,” said Raymond Stoklosa, President of the RayChel Realty Group, “understanding the different implications of purchasing each type of property can not only help buyers make a better investment, but also be happier living in their new home.”
