October 16, 2009 - A talented rider, Mr. Visenzi distinguished himself in a series of motorcycle races in the sixties, winning third place in the World Championship for 350cc in 1969. After leaving the race world, his passion for motorcycles, together with his determination, led him to commit himself in the planning and realization of motorcycle accessories establishing the GIVI company, which in a very short time has become one of the most important and competitive producers of motorcycle accessories, nationally and worldwide.
The modern GIVI reality is a vision which has taken shape over the years. The idea to combine an Italian design, a strong technological attitude and a great specific knowledge of materials. It is the development of a quality idea which makes a small factory in Brescia grow to the actual dimensions and mundial fame of today.
GIVI employs more than 150 employees in the production centers located in Italy, Europe and the U.S.A, with the same determination today as they had 30 years ago. From this philosophy brings to life GIVI's coined "Head Protection System," with who they entered into the helmet domain with a strong focus on security.

Since 2001, HelmetHead Cycle has sold powersport accessories internationally, initially starting with their Helmet Sunblocker product, and since expanding to offer over 10,000 products on their site. Over 25,000 SKUs are available, in total, with relationships with more than 60 suppliers. Helmet Sunblocker dealer arrangements exist throughout the United States, Canada, the Netherlands, Spain and the United Kingdom.
