Chicago based HealthRadio.net has been, essentially, acquired by Naples, FL and Santa Monica, CA based Nature Trade Center, LLC. A new company has been formed, named Health Radio Network LLC. Nature Trade Center, and it's CEO, Robert Reiss will be the majority owner and HealthRadio.net founder, Tim Disa, along with Network Operations Director, Tim Disa, Jr., will own a minority share of the newly formed company and will continue to operate and oversee the company.
HealthRadio.net is a unique, online Talk Radio channel that produces 24-hours per day of health oriented Talk Radio all about health, wellness, fitness and medicine. Well known physicians, like Dr. Michael Roizen, M.D. (Oprah Show, RealAge, and the book series "YOU The Owner's Manual") and Dr. Derrick DeSilva, M.D., as well as several other talk radio personalities, host the programs.
