February 25, 2009 - Mr. Lusco represents individuals and families who have sustained serious personal injuries through the negligence of others, including doctors and hospitals. His cases also involve injuries to clients due to automobile, bus or motorcycle accidents. In addition, he handles insurance and contract disputes. He practices in both Louisiana federal and state courts.
Prior to joining Harrell & Nowak, Mr. Lusco worked for personal injury law firms representing individuals and families injured in accidents both on land and on the high seas. Mr. Lusco has spent the last 13 years of his practice advocating for his clients so that those responsible were held liable for the injuries they caused.
Before becoming a plaintiff attorney, Mr. Lusco worked as an Assistant District Attorney for the Orleans Parish District Attorney’s Office under Harry Connick. In this role he ensured that victims of crimes got their day in court. Mr. Lusco successfully brought cases before the Orleans Parish Grand Jury and developed his expertise in the court room.
Mr. Lusco is a native of New Orleans and graduated from De La Salle High School and Loyola University of New Orleans, where he was a member of the Phi Alpha Theta Honor Society. He received his J.D. from Loyola University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Lusco was a member of the Loyola Law Clinic where he represented indigent clients. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and is admitted to practice before all state courts in Louisiana and the United States Eastern District of Louisiana.
