The challenge helps individuals improve their marriages, change dating idiosyncrasies, rid themselves of a habits that annoy significant others, and develop confidence.
The 30 Day Relationship Challenge begins 28 May 2009, but can be joined anytime before 28 June 2009. The challenge involves keeping a journal consistently for 30 days about behaviors participants would like to improve within the context of their relationship or desired relationships. The context can be widely defined and includes dating, marriage, divorce, living together, gay or straight relationship. The challenge can be applied to any relationship circumstance.
