March 21, 2008 - With a deal finalised in the last quarter of 2007, the news is made official for the beginning of 2008: Halldis, market leader in Italy in the Corporate Housing sector, becomes one of 5 companies fully controlled by a new Group, Windows on Europe Spa.
Through its different, highly specialized companies, the Group - with Leonardo Ferragamo as Chairman and Pietro Martani as Managing Director - sees to acquire market share as an authority in the world of innovative real estate management, corporate housing and vacation rentals in Europe, drawing from the expertise of the different companies: from real estate acquisitions, to property management, to real estate investment consulting.
Undisputed leaders in Italy, offering its products and services in over 7 cities nationwide (with 3 new destinations already planned to open in the first quarter of 2008), the Group now aims at expanding to build a pan-European portfolio (with Paris, Brussels and Frankfurt already underway and flourishing), enabling it to offer its clientele an all rounded product.
In short, as of this year clients of Halldis and the Windows on Europe Group can count on an easy, professional one-stop-shop concept: fully serviced temporary accommodation for either business or leisure, fully furnished and cabled temporary office spaces (staffed if required), and fully managed property acquisitions for investments or for personal use.
