October 03, 2006 - Iron Master's Inn is a historical Vermont country Inn built in 1827 by Ironmaster Colonel Grainger. The Inn has recently opened its doors to the public after updating & modernizing of the interior.

Only 20 mintues to the ski slopes and 40 minutes to shopping the famous outlet shops in Manchester Vermont. Also just minutes from historical towns like Woodstock and Rutland.
We have an organic ethos & support all local cottage industry- you might even see your chickens lay your breakfast eggs up the road from the Inn.
Within its 3 acres of wooded grounds, you might see turkeys come down, last count 40 of them took a walk to visit me , 2 fawns & a doe, my pet skunk- He just visits & might stay for tea- Birds galore!
The Inn is quiet & serene. Enjoy the peaceful scenery as you stroll one of the many trails nearby.
