February 18, 2012 - Shanghai - More than 80 French Nationals, including Edouard Courtial, the French Secretary of State for French Nationals Abroad, joint Grand Mercure Hongqiao in supporting the 2011 Rugby World Cup Final between France and New Zealand at the Le 98 Lounge of the hotel.
