August 18, 2009 - GoodGirlPR is pleased to announce Cipha Sounds of New York’s WQHT (Hot 97) as our newest client. The relationship started 12 years ago when Cipha Sounds was the DJ of Nickie Robinson, the owner of GoodGirlPR, during her collegiate years at New York University while he was interning for Wildman Steve and DJ Riz of the Flip Squad.
Since then Cipha Sounds has surpassed the careers of other deejays, and is now one the most popular radio personalities in New York City along with many other accolades including being the host of MTV’s Sucker Free Countdown and the official DJ of the David Chapelle Show.

The celebration of the new GoodGirlPR and Cipha Sounds partnership began on Tuesday, July 21, 2009 with the Don’t Get Gassed Comedy Series at Comix Comedy Club, which occurs on a monthly basis in various New York City comedy clubs, and is scheduled to go on a national tour in the upcoming year.
