November 13, 2008 - Golden Valley Lending Group announced it has been licensed by the Department of Real Estate in California to legally carry out Loan Modifications and will be a mediator between borrowers and lenders in order to restructure the loan terms of default, or near default, loans.
Compared to last year at this time, the number of homeowners caught up in the foreclosure crises has risen a staggering seventy percent, over 766,000 homes. By the end of the year it is expected that more and one million homes, which represents nearly one-third of all properties for sale in the United States, will be piled up on the market.
For nearly a year now, Golden Valley Lending Group has been working closely with mortgage brokers, lenders, and borrowers who have found themselves in a foreclosure, short sale, or forbearance.
