June 13, 2009 - Summer is a time for youth to enjoy their time with friends, playing games and eating good food. Global Projects is keeping with this theme by holding a luau for young girls age 8-12 years on August 15, 2009 to help build self esteem, friendships, memory skills and just have fun!
Dr. Sabrina Black founder and president of Global Projects again invites young girls to come and learn techniques to socialize, have fun with games and good food.
This component of Global Projects targets young girls through mentoring, modeling and discipleship in order to equip them to heighten their social skills, personal development, self-esteem and raise awareness of how fun can also be educational.
The luau will include music, gift bags, games and prizes. All young girls invited are expected to be apart of the mentoring program for the next five years. The Board of Directors of Global Projects are committed to be part of their growth offering them programs to reinforce values, integrity and self-enrichment for a greater quality of life for their futures.
