This means that the ventilator will not be penetrated by flames and flames cannot spread across the surface. This is very useful as for roofing, the Building Regulation Part B requires roofs, or parts of roofs, to be fire rated. The ventilator also limits condensation and can be used a low or a high level. In addition to this, the ventilator comes with an internal spigot which acts as a terminal for mechanical extract, or as a soil vent pipe (SVP).
