October 26, 2007 - Giordano’s Restaurant is coming to Sycamore, IL. SunLee Development LLC (www.sunleedev.com) a General Contractor in Rockford, IL has reached an agreement to build out an end unit in the Sycamore Plaza for Giordano’s Inc. Sycamore Plaza is located at 1840 Dekalb Rd. in Sycamore Illinois.
SunLee’s owner Ryan Cole (www.aboutryancole.com) said,”this agreement marks a new era for the town of Sycamore, the fact is retailers and restaurants want to come to a town like Sycamore”. He goes on to say, “I think Giordano’s Pizza will be well received by the community. This new Giordano’s Restaurant is the company’s 41st in Illinois, and it’s first in Dekalb County.” The restaurant will be the 46th for Giordano’s Inc. as well as the first construction agreement with SunLee Development.
