ABOUT “FACING TOMORROW 2009”
The event was hosted by the President of the State of Israel and Nobel Prize winner, Shimon Peres. The second annual Israeli Presidential Conference runs October 20th-22nd at the International Convention Center in Jerusalem. The Conference is being held in tandem with the world renowned Hebrew University of Jerusalem which will be organizing the events and lending its vast intellectual resources to the proceedings.
Some 3,000 participants, from Israel and overseas will be taking part in the Conference which will focus on our mutual tomorrow by investigating trends that are shaping the future and exploring actions that could be undertaken towards the betterment of generations to come for all the world’s citizens.
